Qualifications: • Real Estate License: Must possess a valid Real Estate License in Denver, CO, or be actively working towards obtaining one • Training Commitment: Ability to successfully complete either a 1-week or 4-week launch program, based on prior experience • Tech-Savvy Mindset: Demonstrated enthusiasm for leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and increase earning potential within the real estate industry • Client Relationship Management: Ability to establish and nurture client relationships using various communication channels • Consistent Work Ethic: Exhibit commitment, consistent effort, and eagerness in your work • Objection Handling Skills and Issue Resolution: Possess the capability to handle objections and rejections effectively, turning challenges into opportunities for growth. You will also showcase expertise in resolving property-related issues, demonstrating a proactive and solutions-oriented approach Compensation: $65,000 - $170,000 yearly
