Responsibilities: • Foster Trusting Relationships : Build strong rapport with clients, fostering trust and understanding throughout the buying or selling journey • Guide First-Time Buyers : Navigate newcomers through the complexities of their first property purchase, offering guidance, support, and education. • Empower through Market Insights : Educate clients on market conditions, trends, and pricing strategies, empowering them to make informed decisions • Seamless Communication : Serve as a bridge between clients and vendors, ensuring smooth transactions through clear and effective communication • Proactive and Relentless : Demonstrate a go-getter mentality, actively pursuing opportunities and striving for excellence in every aspect of the job. • Consistent Prospecting : Engage in daily prospecting activities to uncover new leads and opportunities, fostering business growth. • Personalized follow-up : Maintain regular communication with clients, ensuring a positive and tailored experience through attentive follow-up. Qualifications: • Real Estate License: Must possess a valid Real Estate License in Denver, CO, or be actively working towards obtaining one • Training Commitment: Ability to successfully complete either a 1-week or 4-week launch program, based on prior experience • Tech-Savvy Mindset: Demonstrated enthusiasm for leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and increase earning potential within the real estate industry • Client Relationship Management: Ability to establish and nurture client relationships using various communication channels • Consistent Work Ethic: Exhibit commitment, consistent effort, and eagerness in your work • Objection Handling Skills and Issue Resolution: Possess the capability to handle objections and rejections effectively, turning challenges into opportunities for growth. You will also showcase expertise in resolving property-related issues, demonstrating a proactive and solutions-oriented approach Compensation: $75,000 - $155,000 at plan yearly
