The Balancing Company is a service-only provider and does not have any product. On a daily basis the Quality Control Inspector will approve technicians to begin work, monitor their in-process work, and provide final acceptance or rejection of the technicians' completed work. After final acceptance, the Quality Control Inspector will create and sign a Certificate of Conformance (C of C), and maintain traceable quality records associated with each job. In order to perform these tasks, the QC Inspector must fully understand blueprints, comprehend inspection sheets, communicate nonconformances to all relevant parties, and assist in the completion of corrective actions.
