    The Bantam is looking for chefs to help us bring our product and service to the next level. We specialize in classic Southern cuisine from Louisiana Jambalaya to Texas BBQ and any fried delicacy in between. A qualified applicant for our chef position must be capable of maintaining our current standards in quality while also implementing new and improved methods for efficiency and cleanliness. Experience with inventory, ordering, various cooking techniques, and management are all necessary for the ideal candidate. The ability to communicate and delegate are of utmost importance.
