The Bantam Kitchen & Cooler will soon be expanding their menu with a 500-gallon offset smoker. If traditional Texas style barbecue interests you, this is a great time to join our team. Whether you have barbecue experience, line-cook experience, or simply love the idea of natural wood cooking, we’d love to talk to you.
