You will primarily work with pre-qualified leads who have an appointment set by our Inside Sales Agents to see properties, facilitate the negotiation process, and make that final sale for the buyer’s dream home. Responsibilities: Schedule showings, show homes, and go to open houses for potential buyers Serve as an intermediary between the buyer and seller or listing agent to ensure mutual transaction satisfaction Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender • Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market • Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction • Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close • Develop rapport with team generated prospective buyers Qualifications: Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • Over 1 year of buyer’s agent or real estate experience preferred • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills • Show a track record of real estate success • Ability to follow a proven sales process as directed Compensation: $62,800 - $77,800 yearly
