Responsibilities: Search for prospective homebuyers and present them with information on homes that fit their needs and budget Arrange open houses to introduce clients to their local real estate market Compile representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for homebuyers for a seamless transaction and positive sales experience Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate qualified leads Be the main point of contact between buyer and seller to ensure a successful sale • Act as the intermediary between the buyer and the seller to ensure a successful close • Have open houses to build relationships with prospective homebuyers and introduce them to their local real estate market Qualifications: Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired Familiarity with the area real estate market conditions and current real estate trends Excellent interpersonal and communication skills An established track record of successful real estate sales Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job • Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success • Over 1 year of buyer’s agent or real estate experience preferred • Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market conditions and recent trends in the industry Compensation: $124,500 - $149,500 yearly
