Responsibilities: Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for clients to facilitate a smooth transaction Find potential homebuyers and give them information on properties that meet their needs and fit within their budget Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller to achieve desired results Turn prospective homebuyers into qualified leads by continuously following up and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline Arrange open houses to introduce clients to their local real estate market • Act as the intermediary between the buyer and the seller to ensure a successful close • Have open houses to build relationships with prospective homebuyers and introduce them to their local real estate market Qualifications: Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market conditions and recent trends in the industry Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success Over 1 year of buyer’s agent or real estate experience preferred Has superb interpersonal and communication skills • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job • Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success • Over 1 year of buyer’s agent or real estate experience preferred • Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market conditions and recent trends in the industry Compensation: $124,500 - $149,500 yearly
