Responsibilities: Find homes that meet buyer clients’ criteria and budget to generate sales faster Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria Research information about potential properties, communities, schools and amenities so client questions may be answered Coordinate with clients, listing agents and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basis Schedule and attend on-site property inspections with clients and vendors to help ensure a smooth process • Schedule showings on properties selected by the Buyers Agent • Show homes to prospective Buyers • Get feedback from clients to give to the Buyers Agent • Ensure properties are secured after showings • Provide feedback to the Listing Agents thru App Qualifications: Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently Driven, motivated and desires professional growth Willing and able to spend a lot of time driving • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job • Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision • Driven, motivated, and desires professional growth • Professional appearance and good social skills Compensation: $57,600 - $70,100 yearly
