    Are you determined to help buyers find the home of their dreams? We’re looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic buyer’s agent to join our team. We will give you access to our Buyer Leads, teach you how to convert them into Active Clients and walk beside you as you Help them find their Dream Home. Our Experienced Team will help you find funding, manage the escrow process and Close Each Deal. You’ll act as the buyer’s main point of contact from the first message to the final sale and ensure they have a positive experience with us. Responsibilities: Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close Participate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market • Schedule showings, show homes and go to open houses for potential buyers • Serve as an intermediary between the buyer and seller or listing agent to ensure mutual transaction satisfaction • Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market • Develop rapport with team generated prospective buyers • Participate in ongoing sales training and skills development Qualifications: Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car Show a track record of real estate success Over 1 year of buyer’s agent or real estate experience preferred • Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry • Ability to follow a proven sales process as directed Compensation: $62,800 - $77,800 yearly
