Responsibilities: Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction Participate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers • The candidate for this position would be responsible for representing the Team Leader and other Lead Agents when called upon to work with existing or pre screened clients Qualifications: Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry An established track record of successful real estate sales Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car 1+ years of buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience • Availability after hours and over most weekends is a plus for this position • Quick learner • Great at multitasking Compensation: $48,000 - $75,000 at plan commission
