Responsibilities: Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale Serve as an intermediary between the buyer and seller or listing agent to ensure mutual transaction satisfaction Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options • Develop rapport with team generated prosective buyers Qualifications: A valid Real Estate License is required for this job Has superb interpersonal and communication skills Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends • Ability to follow a proven sales process as directed Compensation: $62,800 - $77,800 yearly
