• Accounts Payable Wholesale company looking to fill an open position in our accounts payable department
• Responsibilities
• • Perform daily matching of receivers with invoices and enter into system as a voucher
• • Manually enter receivers into a log book • Reply to vendor correspondence via email or phone • Review monthly statements Investigate discrepancies, maintain filing system, prepare weekly check run
• • Work closely with other internal departments, must be a team player
• Requirements
• Proven working experience as Accounts payable clerk
• Solid understanding of General Accounting Principles
• Proficient in MS. Must be willing to learn proprietary system
• Prior work with Quickbooks a plus

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday in person Participation in health benefits after 90 days

Pay rate will be determined with experience
