    The Bell Team is looking for a professional individual with strong organizational and marketing skills, a sense of urgency, and a high level of detail. This position will also require fluid movement within the organization during this rapid growth phase. The Marketing/Listing Coordinator develops and implements systems for one of the most highly rated and fastest-growing real estate teams in NE Georgia. They implement a 36-Touch Lead Generation Plan that runs consistently and efficiently, making revisions as needed. In addition, the Marketing/Listing Coordinator is responsible for maintaining all listings. This includes producing marketing/promotional materials, providing regular feedback and communication to our sellers, keeping each Listing Specialist updated on their files, providing pre-listing packages and comparable market analysis for listing appointments, and coordinating repairs, photography, and home improvement for listings. Our ideal candidate would have experience in marketing - preferably social media and email campaigns. Responsibilities: Allow real estate agents to sell more homes by managing listings for sellers, from initial contact to executed purchase agreement Ensure file compliance for the office broker by sending completed listing agreements, sellers’ disclosures, and other documents Produce and manage MLS listings and social media so homes sell as soon as possible and customers are satisfied Prepare all listing information including property photography, pre-listing presentations, comparative market analysis, and online research for each property on the MLS database Give vendors and contractors access to homes that are in need of inspection or repair so each property is prepared to sell Organize the showing schedule and communicate with other agents to understand the showing best practices and how to increase homes sold Keep track of all sales activity and input client information into the CRM to produce reports and share goal progress with the team • Maintain inventory of signs and lockboxes • Create and send monthly email campaigns to database - incorporating videos • Take and edit professional photos of team listings to use for marketing • Social Media Management - increasing followers and engagement • Create marketing materials around our active listings Qualifications: Capable of communicating effectively in both writing and in person Driven to create an excellent customer service experience for each client High school diploma or equivalent required, college experience preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel • Proficient in Google Calendar, Drive and Mail • Experience in managing Social Media Accounts (including Facebook, Twitter, IG, YouTube) • Experience in creating email campaigns in Mailchimp to include a high open and click-through rate • Videography experience a plus • Drone photography and video experience a plus Compensation: $35,000 - $40,000 yearly
