    Our rapidly-growing law practice is seeking a full-time legal intake specialist to join our team! You’ll survey prospective clients and empathize with them on the details of their case, manage new client onboarding and data entry, and help our lawyers book and manage their appointments. We’ll provide the training and resources to help you flourish in your role on a tight-knit, supportive, and passionate legal team. Responsibilities: Evaluate prospective client inquiries and phone calls, analyzing their case fit and making sure they feel seen and heard Work with marketing to collaborate on outbound sales tactics and partnerships with other law firms in order to help bring in new cases Manage attorney schedules, including prospective client consultations, to foster caseload growth Supervise new client onboarding and current client files through data entry and paperwork collection to ensure our cases are managed efficiently Incoming Telephone Calls • Field all incoming phone calls during normal business hours • Take messages for and/or forward all non-lead phone calls to the appropriate team member • Take incoming sales calls, and collect required pedigree data for sales follow-up Other New Client Leads • Respond to other new client leads from strategic partners, website contact forms, landing pages, and lead magnets Outgoing Referrals • Identify new leads that the firm does not handle and refer those matters to our list of strategic partners Data Entry • Input new lead data into the firm’s CRM - Infusionsoft Monitor and Follow-up • Monitor new lead sequences in CRM – Infusionsoft • Follow-up for our outgoing referrals with strategic partners to determine the disposition for the referrals • New Lead and Outgoing Referral Reports • Prepare and maintain regular new lead statistics for reporting at our weekly meeting and for monthly reports Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred Background in the legal industry preferred Sales or customer service experience highly valued Strong ability to communicate eloquently and empathetically a must Firm knowledge of spreadsheet and data management, as well as computer skills Compensation: $11 - $13 hourly
