    We’re looking for a talented, professional buyer’s agent to join our expanding team of real estate professionals. You will be responsible for consulting with and guiding our clients through the entire home-buying process. From contacting pre-qualified leads to showing homes to the negotiation process and final sale, you will be the buyer’s point of contact, and ensure they have a positive experience. Responsibilities: • Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market • Serve as an intermediary between the buyer and seller or listing agent to ensure mutual transaction satisfaction • Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale • Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home • Schedule showings, show homes, and go to open houses for potential buyers • Invest effort in acquiring leads, following up on leads, and getting the job done the right way • Attend meetings 3 times a week with Sheri and the buyers agent team Qualifications: • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry • Show a track record of real estate success • Record of success in reaching quotas in a sales position • Self-motivated, driven, and energetic • High professional, ethical, and personal standards • Excellent communication and time management skills Compensation: $200,000+ yearly commission based
