    The Creative Marketing Coordinator works closely with Sheri to coordinate, strategize, and innovate The Bienstock Group’s marketing activities, and is responsible for overseeing the collaboration, development, and execution of a fully integrated marketing plan for The Bienstock Group. The Creative Marketing Coordinator actively collaborates with the CEO to set the vision and implement an exciting and effective marketing plan to continue growing the business.  Our ideal candidate is creative and innovative, with a passion for growth marketing and staying on top of what’s new and what’s next. If you are an innovator that possesses strong multi-channel marketing know-how (digital, social, and traditional) and is eager to propel the growth of a world-class company, we’d love to receive your application!  $80,000+ (commensurate with experience) + benefits + bonuses based on performance Responsibilities: • Continue to develop, implement, and advertise the brand identity • Interact with past clients in the database, sphere of influence to grow business • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy - print materials, digital marketing, social media, public relations, campaigns, events, client gifts, holiday cards/gifts, swag, and more • Create, design, and execute print materials - letters, postcards, mailers, flyers, listing appointment books, guides, and more • Create, design, and execute gifts - client gifts, holiday gifts, holiday cards, team swag, branded supplies, and more • Create, design, and execute social + digital media marketing - websites, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google My Business, Pinterest, weekly email blog, email blasts/campaigns, SEO, team photography/video, property photography/video, and more  • Create marketing to recruit new agents to the team • Grow readership of Weekly Email Blog through know-how of Email Marketing • Prepare monthly digital performance reports based on specific KPIs • Develop, optimize, and maintain paid social advertising campaigns • Maintain database of marketing materials  • Create and manage an annual marketing budget   • Maintain positive relationships with key marketing vendors (web, print, PR, etc.) Qualifications: • Expert-level knowledge of video marketing and social media platforms • Firm understanding of social and marketing metrics, web analytics, ad tracking, and SEO • High level of knowledge of SendGrid, Stripo, Adobe Creative Cloud, WordPress, and Google Workspace • Strong project management and time-management skills  • Ability to execute ideas visually and support by writing copy • Outstanding communication and collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment  • Positive attitude, team-oriented approach to solving problems, and meticulous attention to detail  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, Journalism, or related field  • Technical background a plus (conversion tagging, FTP, HTML, SQL, etc.)  • Real estate experience a plus  • Please note that this is a full-time in-office position Compensation: $80,000+
