The Birdsong Group provides you with: • Lead generation • Coaching / education / training • Positive office attitude and healthy environment in the office • Mastermind group • Marketing support / tools • Client / data management tools • Administrative support • Accountability Responsibilities: Become a pro at overcoming objections and providing the team value proposition through the use of our scripts so that our customers can identify our team’s professionalism and integrity in all situations Achieve productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads) and cold calling in order to meet the needs of our customers Gather information from prospective clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so that our agents are able to provide an organized and efficient sales process An active listener that offers empathy and encouragement to buyers and sellers to ensure mutual trust between our team and our clients Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales metrics to ensure sales goals are met in an organized and timely fashion • Follow up on leads in a timely, professional manner • Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers • Offer expert advice to clients on how to get their home ready for sale • Review comparable MLS listings regularly to ensure property remains competitive in price, terms, and conditions • Create marketing strategies to advertise homes in your portfolio that are for sale if you work on the listing side • Oversee the process of accepting and responding to offers on a property • Be engaged in your local community • Be an EXPERT in your local real estate market Qualifications: A valid Real Estate License is required for this job Master organizer of systems, files and your time with excellent follow-up skills Strong problem solving skills with solution oriented focus Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly Passionate about selling Is dynamic, articulate and well-spoken • Possess the ability to connect with a variety of personalities • Passionate about selling • Independent and self-motivated • Extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Be a team player who thrives working with a tight-knit company where their activities directly affect the bottom line • MUST BE A LICENSED REAL ESTATE AGENT IN LOUISIANA Compensation: $60,000+ at plan commission (unlimited potential)
