Responsibilities: Prospect pre-qualified leads generated by sales agents to convert them into new business and schedule listing appointments Close the best deal possible by negotiating contracts with buyer’s agents Coordinate with home inspectors and realtors to schedule inspections, open houses, and showings Manage all aspects of MLS listings, including filling out listing paperwork, posting to MLS, posting to social media, and producing a marketing plan that leads to quick sales Follow up with clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings • Conduct lead follow-up activities to create new business as needed Qualifications: Great communication skills, interpersonal skills, and time management skills 1+ year of prior experience in the real estate industry Currently licensed in real estate Able to conduct in-depth market research and showcases clear understanding of the real estate industry Capable of using CRM software to keep customer information organized and confidential • Go-getter • Can-Do attitude Compensation: $115,000 Commission
