Responsibilities: Conduct listing presentations with leads to increase client base Constantly network to source new clients and grow the business Stage, price and market homes to attract potential buyers quickly Manage all aspects of MLS listings including signage coordination, inspection scheduling and property marketing to lead to quick sales Contact all listing leads and requests in a timely manner to ensure growth of our customer base • Conduct lead follow-up activities to create new business as needed Qualifications: A valid Real Estate License is required for this job Embraces a team-focused environment Self-motivated and self sufficient Extremely strong phone skills: Ability to set and close appointments over the phone Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies Fast thinker and proactive • Go getter • Can Do attitude Compensation: $115,000 Commission
