You’ll be responsible for generating leads, working with prospective homebuyers, and continuously following up to close the deal. Responsibilities: • Compile representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for homebuyers for a seamless transaction and positive sales experience • Arrange open houses to introduce clients to their local real estate market • Be the main point of contact between buyer and seller to ensure a successful sale • Search for prospective homebuyers and present them with information on homes that fit their needs and budget  • Turn prospective homebuyers into qualified leads by continuously following up and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline • Work hard, have fun Qualifications: • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred • Show a track record of real estate success • Over 1 year of buyer’s agent or real estate experience preferred • Experience with the local real estate market and general trends • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills • Possess the ability to connect with a variety of personalities • Completes tasks quickly and efficiently • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies • Be a team player who thrives working with a tight-knit company where their activities directly affect the bottom line • Always has a professional demeanor • Go-getter • Can-do attitude • Must be able to give full-time attention to this Real Estate career Compensation: $110,000+ Commission
