WE PROVIDE... • LEADS... lots of leads • First-class marketing materials and sales support • Extensive back-office paperwork support • A proven training/tutoring program • Advanced mentoring on a weekly basis • A respected, highly reputable team of motivated (and highly paid) individuals Responsibilities: Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience • Handle all aspects of MLS and marketing listings to ensure quick sales • Respond to customers' calls, emails and web requests Qualifications: Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently Show good organizational and time management skills A successful and proven sales history is preferred Great communication and social skills Technology driven • Real Estate License or awaiting test date • 18 years or older • High School diploma • Valid drivers license • Must be able to give full-time attention to this Real Estate career Compensation: $110,000+ in commissions
