Responsibilities: Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for clients to facilitate a smooth transaction Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate qualified leads Be the main point of contact between buyer and seller to ensure a successful sale Arrange open houses to introduce clients to their local real estate market Seek out potential homebuyers and provide them with information on available properties that meet their needs and budget • Work hard, have fun Qualifications: High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills 1+ years of buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience An established track record of successful real estate sales • Possess ability to connect with a variety of personalities • Completes tasks quickly and efficiently • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies • Be a team player who thrives working with a tight-knit company where their activities directly affect the bottom line • Always has a professional demeanor • Go-getter • Can-do attitude Compensation: $110,000+ Commission
