Responsibilities: Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business • List and sell residential real estate • Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers • Prepare market analysis to help determine property value • Educate clients on basic real estate procedures • WORK HARD FOR YOUR CLIENTS AND REAP THE REWARDS Qualifications: Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies Show good organizational and time management skills A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth • Real Estate License (Required) • Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred) • Independent worker who is motivated and self-sufficient • Possess the ability to connect with a variety of personalities Compensation: $150,000 commission based
