The Blind Guy: Sales and Installation Representative

On-site Design, Measure and Installation of Custom Window Fashions

The Blind Guy sells and installs custom blinds, shutters and shades made-to-order and represents quality brands that offer beautiful style, function and value. We use electronic Point of Sale tools, laser measuring devices and professional installation tools to serve our customers professionally and efficiently.

Position Duties

o Schedule sales appointments with customers

o Provide on-site design, measure and quote for customers

o Submit orders electronically for processing

o Receive order shipments and schedule installation

o Install orders and collect payments from customers

Provided Tools and Training

o Company Vehicle

o iPhone and iPad

o Professional installation tools

o 2 to 4 weeks of sales and installation training in Coeur d’Alene Idaho

o Company email

Skills and Knowledge

o Basic hand tool knowledge required, home construction knowledge preferred

o Professional appearance

o Excellent communication skills

o Excellent organization skills

o Sales experience preferred

o Clean driving record and current driver’s license

o Must pass drug test and background check

o Motivated!

Position is available immediately.  Service Territory includes Lewiston, Moscow, Coeur d'Alene, Sandpoint, Spokane areas.

The Blind Guy offers full service in-home retail sales and installation of custom window coverings. We are also the exclusive window fashions sub-contactor for select Costco Warehouses.
