ABOUT THE ROLE: As a Full Time Recruiter with The Blue Collar Recruiter, you will be working with a team and to our clients find top notch personnel for their businesses. Our Recruiting team is responsible for finding office, field, sales, and management talent nationwide. We pride ourselves on our sense of urgency and our ability to drive results. WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU:

• $30,000 base salary + uncapped commissions for placements and monthly bonuses

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Become an expert in recruiting top sales talent in your region
• Be a head-hunter –source candidates on job boards, referrals, social media sites, and our vast software system
• Working closely with your hiring manager, and leadership to manage the entire recruiting life cycle, from initial conversation through first day of employment
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with your hiring managers, peers and recruiting leadership
• Be heard. We value everyone’s opinion in our company. Bring your thoughts and ideas!

WHAT YOU NEED:

• Recruiting experience preferred, but no experience is required - we provide paid training and mentoring program
• Thrive in a metrics-driven environment
• Experience sourcing talent and driving applications through phone calls
• Highly motivated with a hall of fame work ethic
