This position can work REMOTE, or in our Austin office. Our Administrative Assistants help with the CEO and Management Teamwork, and play a critical role in supporting our sales, marketing, operations, and IT departments by assisting with many aspects of our company. This is an excellent opportunity for entry-level candidates who are driven, organized, and enjoy working in a collaborative team environment.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Handling incoming and outgoing calls & emails from main office
- Data entry work with our software system
- E-filing of documents
- Supporting our Management, Sales, Recruiting Departments with a variety of needs
- Assisting with special projects for our administrative and operations teams as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Applicant must live in the Austin, TX area
- Associates degree or bachelor’s degree required
- Able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent phone, written, and verbal skills
- Outgoing and looking forward to working as part of a team
- Organized, with high attention to detail
- Trustworthy, exercising confidentiality in all situations
- Dedication and willingness to assist with a variety of tasks
- Strong multi-tasking skills
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
