    Responsibilities:

    Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems

    Assist with loading the truck for the day's jobs

    Responsible for cleaning up after each job and ensuring all tools and materials are properly packed

    Maintain cleanliness during jobs, including wearing shoe covers, using drop cloths, and leaving the customer's home tidy

    Increase indirect revenue by promoting additional services (e.g., automatic shut-off, pressure-reducing valve installations, etc.)

    Document all jobs with clear before-and-after photos, including model and serial numbers of installed equipment

     

    Requirements:

    5+ years of experience as an HVAC technician

    Experience with and knowledge of boilers

    Must meet DOT requirements

    Proficiency in HVAC systems and components

    Ability to operate power tools and familiarity with standard fittings and sizes (if applicable)

    Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team

    Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

    Excellent customer service aptitude

    Leadership and management capabilities
