As an HVAC Service Technician/Installer, you will be responsible for maintaining, diagnosing, and correcting HVAC system problems by working with numerous system parts and mechanisms. This includes using special tools and diagnostic equipment to replace parts and adjust system controls for optimal performance.

Job Duties:

\- Supervise and coordinate the activities of HVAC technicians and other staff members.

\- Oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of HVAC systems.

\- Ensure that all work is completed according to industry standards and safety regulations.

\- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.

\- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and recommend necessary repairs or replacements.

\- Monitor inventory levels and order necessary supplies and equipment.

\- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

\- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operations.

Requirements:

\- 3-5 years of experience in the field.

\- Journeyman license preferred.

\- OSHA 10 certified.

\- Clean driving record.

\- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of HVAC systems.

\- Ability to manage workload by prioritizing and planning.
