We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sourcing Specialist to join our team. This individual will play a key role in identifying and attracting top talent for our Recruiters. Responsibilities:

Navigate various job boards and other resources to find and attract candidates.

Employ creative and investigative techniques to identify potential candidates.

Maintain a strong sense of urgency to fill open positions.

Communicate effectively and professionally with candidates and team members.

Stay organized and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Adapt quickly to changing needs and priorities of open positions.

Handle at least 10 sourcing jobs concurrently.

Understand the full recruitment process and provide support as needed.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in sourcing or coordinating roles.

Excellent communication skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to pivot and adapt to changing priorities.

Proven track record of effectively managing multiple sourcing assignments simultaneously.

Strong sense of urgency and determination to find the right candidates.
