Job Type: Full-time 8:30 to 5:30 M-F The salary range is $36,000-$48,000 plus commission – uncapped commission - Total compensation over $100,000

Summary:
The Business Development Manager role will identify the hiring needs of local businesses. They will also help find our Virtual Trade School and Business Acquisition Services candidates. The responsibilities of a Business Development Manager include identifying prospects, networking, marketing, and engaging with business owners. You should meet and develop relationships with business owners to gain their confidence, resulting in a long-term relationship between hiring and placing new employees. A successful BDM has excellent interpersonal skills, is organized, listens well to clients' needs, is persistent, and is willing to leverage all resources, including networking via phones, email, social media, text, and in-person prospecting.
Job Duties:
• Creates a List of Businesses to send emails to via Constant Contact
• Find clients interested in our services and gain signatures on recruitment agreements.
• Use the 3x3 method to contact to reach potential clients (Call, Email, Text/LinkedIn) • Manage as-needed scheduling and logistics of all intake calls with Sr. Recruiters.
• Call Schools and set Table days at Career Days to sell Virtual Trade School
• Provide complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about The Blue Collar Recruiter, LLC. and the positions
• Call a min of 50 potential clients each morning before noon.(Ring Central App)
• Request to connect with all contacts on LinkedIn
• Thoroughly document daily all interactions and information on each candidate using current business tools, including search status, hiring manager interactions, and other recruiting activities.
• Provide daily summary update report to team distro list on all recruiting activities. (Calls, Emails, Social, Door to Door Prospecting)
• Each day, knock on 8 business doors and hand out flyers – Record in Crelate
• Keeping up to date with employment legislation and regulations that pertain to the company.
• Source candidates for open jobs when needed by Sr Recruiters
• Fill in as a Recruiter based on the demand of the business • Work with the marketing manager to obtain lists for markets.
• Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions • Ask for referrals from current candidates and external networks.
• Every morning – post on LinkedIn and join a new group – post in the group.
• Wear the company logo when possible or dress business casual when meeting with clients in person or on video
• Search for open jobs and contact those companies to see if they need help – 3 per day
• Join the County Chamber or other Network organizations.
• Maintain executive-level engagement with existing customers.
• Update candidate resumes to TBCR format before sending to clients.
• Update tracking reports.
• Collaborate with Clients and schedule bi-weekly meetings with them to update them on progress.
• Maintain candidate databases (Crelate, Constant Contact)
• You must maintain a minimum of 3-5 new client Requisitions per month. • Sell a min of 3 new VTS licenses per month
• All other duties as assigned.
Recruiter Requirements:
• Knowledge in all full life cycle recruiting components, including sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, legal, job analysis, wage, and salary trends.
• Excellent writing and editorial skills
• Ability to think analytically and anticipate industry/market conditions.
• Strong knowledge and skills using the Internet, mining online databases, and job posting applications.
• Exceptional verbal communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Good decision-making skills
• A working knowledge of employment law and legislation
• The ability to design and implement recruiting strategies.
• A bachelor’s degree in human resources or business-related field is desired.
• A minimum of three years of demonstrated recruiting experience with a broad/deep range of positions.
• Previous small business recruitment experience a plus Working Conditions:
• Some travel may be required. • Ability to attend and conduct presentations.
• Responsible for a minimum of 3 new clients per month. :
