Responsibilities:

Planning, scheduling, and managing commercial HVAC projects of various sizes and scopes

Coordinating with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal staff to ensure timely and quality delivery of projects.

Preparing and monitoring project budgets, contracts, change orders, invoices, and payments ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and code standards and regulations.

Troubleshooting and resolving any issues or problems that may arise during the project lifecycle.

Providing regular updates and reports on project status and performance to management and clients

Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and partners

Successful Candidates will have the following background:

Minimum 5 years of experience as a project manager in the Commercial HVAC industry

A bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field

A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record

Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Ability to travel to various project sites as needed
