Responsibilities: Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close Make sure buyers clients go through a seamless home purchasing process including helping buyers choose mortgage options that fit their budget Participate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers • Consistent, daily, professional communication with existing and potential clients and incoming leads via phone, email, text and CRM, overall management of your pipeline • Be consulting: Ask inquisitive questions, listen to the responses, then guide your clients successfully through what is likely the biggest purchase of their lives! • Always provide professional and excellent customer service Qualifications: • A valid CA Real Estate license is required for this position • Experience in customer service with strong interpersonal communication skills, a plus Compensation: $100,000+ annually
