Responsibilities: Be the main point of contact between buyer and seller to ensure a successful sale Search for prospective homebuyers and present them with information on homes that fit their needs and budget Have open houses to build relationships with prospective homebuyers and introduce them to their local real estate market • Give potential home buyers current information about their local housing market • Assist buyers to determine their wants and needs for their home and provide properties that meet their specific criteria • Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process Qualifications: Has superb interpersonal and communication skills Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car • A valid California Real Estate license is required • Tech-savvy, willing to learn new systems, and sales and marketing techniques • One year real estate sales experience desired, but not required • Dependable, people-oriented, team player, trustworthy, Demonstrated professionalism Compensation: $50,000+ Commission based only
