Responsibilities: Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers Give potential home buyers necessary information about their local housing market • Assist buyers to determine their wants and needs for their home, and provide properties that meet their specific criteria • Prepare representation contracts, residential purchase contracts and other required documents Qualifications: Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Valid CA Real Estate license required • 1-year real estate experience preferred but not required • Willingness to learn new technologies, communication, and sales techniques • Entrepreneurial mindset, people-oriented, motivated for success • Team player, dependable, coachable, professional, strong work ethic Compensation: $60,000 + commission based only
