Responsibilities: Seek out potential homebuyers and provide them with information on available properties that meet their needs and budget Hold open houses to engage with potential clients and introduce them to their local real estate market Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate qualified leads • Give potential home buyers current information about their local housing market • Assist buyers to determine their wants and needs for their home and provide properties that meet their specific criteria • Provide exceptional customer service to clients ensuring their satisfaction and trust, creating clients for life • Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process Qualifications: Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car Familiarity with the area real estate market conditions and current real estate trends Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills • A valid California Real Estate license is required • Willingness to learn new systems, technologies, and sales techniques • One year real estate sales experience desired, but not required • Demonstrated professionalism and integrity Compensation: $50,000+ Commission based only
