Responsibilities: An active listener who offers empathy and encouragement to buyers and sellers to ensure mutual trust between our team and our clients Act as an intermediary between sellers and potential buyers to facilitate sales to ensure a mutually beneficial close • Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market and current trends • Coordinate efforts to negotiate between the buyer and seller or listing agent to ensure mutual satisfaction throughout the transaction • Help clients through the home buying process, including providing budget advise and mortgage options • Participate in open houses, arranges showings, and show homes to potential buyers • Reach out to pre-qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home Qualifications: Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease • Valid CA Real Estate license required • Teachable attitude; willing to learn new technologies and sales/communication techniques • Experience in customer service and/or sales, a plus • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, a plus Compensation: $100,000+ unlimited potential
