Responsibilities: Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support to increase sales opportunities • Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market and current trends • Assist buyers to determine their wants and needs for their home and provide properties that meet their specific criteria • Schedule showings, show homes, and attend open houses for potential buyers • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, etc. as needed Qualifications: You are in your element working with others and have great communication skills Has excellent organizational, time management and follow-up skills • A valid CA Real Estate license required • Experience in customer service and/or sales, a plus • No quitting, whatever it takes, attitude • Dependable, coachable, adaptable • Ambitious mindset, driven for success Compensation: $50,000+ Commission Based
