Responsibilities: Become a pro at overcoming objections and providing the team value proposition through the use of our scripts so that our customers can identify our team’s professionalism and integrity in all situations Act as an intermediary between sellers and potential buyers to facilitate sales to ensure a mutually beneficial close An active listener who offers empathy and encouragement to buyers and sellers to ensure mutual trust between our team and our clients • Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market and current trends • Assist buyers to determine their wants and needs for their home and provide properties that meet their specific criteria • Help clients through the home buying process, including providing budget advise and mortgage options • Participate in open houses, arrange showings, and show homes to potential buyers • Reach out to pre-qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home Qualifications: Passionate about selling Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease Positive, enthusiastic, motivated and solution oriented • Valid CA Real Estate license required • One year Real Estate industry experience preferred, but not required • Eager to learn new technologies and sales/communication techniques • Experience in customer service and/or sales, a plus • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, a plus Compensation: $50,000+ Commission based only
