Responsibilities: Be the main point of contact between buyer and seller to ensure a successful sale Have open houses to build relationships with prospective homebuyers and introduce them to their local real estate market Find potential homebuyers and give them information on properties that meet their needs and fit within their budget • Give potential home buyers current information about their local housing market • Assist buyers to determine their wants and needs for their new home and provide properties that meet their specific criteria • Create representation contracts, purchase contracts, and other required documents Qualifications: Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills Over 1 year of buyer’s agent or real estate experience preferred • A valid CA Real Estate license is required • Have a willingness to learn new technologies, communication, and sales techniques • Strong work ethic, demonstrated professionalism • Motivated for success • Dependable, adaptable, passionate, team player Compensation: $50,000+ Independent Contractor, Commission only
