Responsibilities: Act as an intermediary between sellers and potential buyers to facilitate sales to ensure a mutually beneficial close • Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market and current trends • Assist buyers to determine their wants and needs for their home and provide properties that meet their specific criteria • Help clients through the home buying process, including providing budget advise and mortgage options • Participate in open houses, arrange showings, and show homes to potential buyers • Reach out to pre-qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home Qualifications: Positive, enthusiastic, motivated and solution oriented • Valid CA Real Estate license required • One year Real Estate industry experience preferred, but not required • Eager to learn new technologies and sales/communication techniques • Experience in customer service and/or sales, a plus • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, a plus Compensation: $50,000+ Commission based only
