Responsibilities: Produces sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure all sales goals are met Practice and become adept at using scripts to overcome objections and provide the team value proposition to customers so that they can identify our company’s values and integrity • A problem solver who pinpoints the needs of our clients and offers them solutions to promote a high level of comfort and trust with our client base • Gather information from clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so that our agents are able to provide an organized and efficient sales process • Use our CRM to regularly follow-up with customers to ensure our agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process Qualifications: Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Passionate about selling • Strong problem solving skills with solution oriented focus • Develops rapport with clients and is easily able to build relationships to develop new sales opportunities Compensation: $50,000 - $100,000 yearly
