Responsibilities: Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home Participate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options • Assist buyers to determine their wants and needs for their new home, and provide properties that meet their specific criteria • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, and other required documents, as needed Qualifications: Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car Has superb interpersonal and communication skills • A valid CA Real Estate license is required for this position • Dependable and coachable attitude • A team player, people-oriented, driven for success • Willing to learn new technology and sales techniques • 1-year real estate sales experience preferred but not required • Demonstrated professionalism and strong work ethic Compensation: $50,000+, Commission based only
