Responsibilities: A problem solver who pinpoints the needs of our clients and offers them solutions to promote a high level of comfort and trust with our client base Become a pro at overcoming objections and providing the team value proposition through the use of our scripts so that our customers can identify our team’s professionalism and integrity in all situations • Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market and current trends • Assist buyers to determine their wants and needs for their home and provide properties that meet their specific criteria • Schedule showings, show homes, and go to open houses for potential buyers • Participate in open houses, arrange showings, and show homes to potential buyers • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, etc. as needed Qualifications: Positive, enthusiastic, motivated and solution oriented Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease • Valid CA Real Estate license required • One year of real estate industry experience preferred, but not required • Experience in customer service and/or sales, a plus • Dependable, adaptable, team player • Entrepreneurial mindset, driven for success Compensation: $50,000+ Commission Based
