Responsibilities: Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home Give potential home buyers necessary information about their local housing market Participate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction • Assist buyers to determine their wants and needs for their new home, and provide properties that meet their specific criteria • Ensure clients experience a seamless home purchasing process • Provide excellent client service to all parties throughout the transaction, ensuring a smooth closing Qualifications: Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • A valid CA Real Estate license is required for this position • 1-year real estate sales experience preferred but not required • Tech-savvy, ability to easily learn new systems • Experience in sales and/or customer service, a plus • Dependable and coachable, professional demeanor
