Location: Pelly Properties (Town of McCandless)

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for organizing, executing all activities related to repairs, groundskeeping, upkeep, snow plowing, and general maintenance as directed, as well as special projects as they develop. This position ensures compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations, as well as established policies and procedures. Duties include but are not limited to:

1. Adheres to all facility and department work rules, policies and safety procedures.

2. Uses personal protective equipment and supplies as appropriate.

3. Manages the establishment of preventive maintenance programs. Monitors and analyzes departmental procedures and performance preventive and remedial maintenance.

4. May perform landscaping, grounds maintenance and other outdoor duties as assigned. May also perform shoveling/plowing of snow and remove ice during the winter season. .

5. Regularly inspects and evaluates the physical condition of the facility, painting, repairs, furnishings, and equipment relocation needed to maintain and improve appearance of the facility.

6. Will be on call to respond to emergency situations if needed.

7. Performs all other duties assigned by Business Manager / Owner.

FULL-TIME or PART-TIME WAGE: $25-$30 based upon experience

Current/valid driver's license required

Maintenance related field preferred

Pervious services/maintenance experience in property management arena preferred

General construction experience
