    We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Territory Sales Executive. As a Territory Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling our diverse range of financial services and insurance products to clients. This position offers a unique opportunity for individuals who are passionate about customer service, sales, and client support. Responsibilities: • Take ownership of designated territory and develop a strategic sales plan • Drive sales growth by prospecting, acquiring new clients, and nurturing existing relationships • Lead the hiring process to build a talented and motivated sales team • Train, mentor, and develop team members to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge • Set sales targets, monitor performance, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction Qualifications: • Proven experience in sales and team leadership, preferably in the financial industry • Strong track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills • Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve exceptional results • Demonstrated experience in recruiting, hiring, and developing sales professionals • In-depth knowledge of sales strategies, techniques, and best practices • Self-motivated with a passion for personal and team success • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools Compensation: $130,000+ at plan commission
