HOW YOUR ROLE FITS INTO BOLDT:
The Area Manager for Sacramento is responsible for providing oversight, leadership and management required for the success of Sacramento and the surrounding Sacramento Area operations. It is a key role that serves as a conduit between the Executive Team, Western Operations, and the Sacramento Region. The position focuses heavily on sales and relationships with external customers and has additional focus on construction operations and people. You work hand in hand with the Operations lead in the region and has overall accountability for the day to day operations in the region including profit and loss, business plan development, and overall vision for the Sacramento Region.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
Four-year engineering degree or equivalent combinations of technical training and/or related experience. Extensive (10 or more years) experience in similar construction or related functions plus the willingness to learn and continuously improve processes are required. Excellent organizational, supervisory, and decision-making/problem-solving skills are essential.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to remain in a stationary position for up to eight hours. The employee occasionally is required to move to access people or workspaces. Constantly operates a computer and other office equipment, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer. The ability to optimal communicate is required. The employee may occasionally move up to 15 pounds.
The working conditions of this position requires the employee to work inside an office environment. The environment for which this position functions may contain scents and fragrances. May be requested to work overtime and weekends.
