ABOUT THE POSITION
We are seeking a talented, self-motivated and highly organized individual with a passion for details to join the team. The Executive Assistant, Office Operations, plays a key role in helping the organization function at its highest level. The position entails significant scheduling, time on the phone, writing, research, and data management, and requires a customer service-oriented, flexible and extremely smart candidate. In addition to work in the office, the Executive Assistant will also be responsible for occasional event planning and support. This position will report directly to the Vice President, Operations & Strategy, but will provide support to all Executives and Senior Staff, and will regularly coordinate with other Executive and Account Assistants. This is a full-time, in-person position at our offices D.C.

The ideal candidate has excellent interpersonal skills, obsessive attention to detail, strong writing and research skills, professional judgment, flexibility, and the ability to handle multiple projects in an extremely fast-paced environment. They must maintain a high degree of discretion, and be comfortable interacting directly with high-level staff, consultants, and clients, both over the phone and in person.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required. Minimum two years experience required. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred. Salary is commensurate with experience.
