Responsibilities: • Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales • Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes • Prospect for new leads to promote new business • Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs • Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience Qualifications: • Past sales experience is preferred • Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently • Technology driven • Top-notch time management skills and highly organized • You must like being on the phone - an absolute necessity • You must have grit • Flexibility and self-motivation are huge • Be willing to develop your own sphere of influence • Be aware that your schedule will involve evenings and weekends • You must enjoy being with people This person must have the following skills: • Must be coachable • Humble • Willing to learn scripts and dialogues • 1-3 years of sales experience preferred • Self-motivated and comfortable working within a proven system. • Excellent interpersonal communication skills • Willing to be held accountable to goals Compensation: $100,000+
